| Dr. Juluri R. Rao JR Rao, BSc, MSc, PhD (Microbiology), is a Senior Scientist at the Molecular Biology and Biotechnology Programme within the Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute (AFBI), Belfast and also holds an honorary academic position at the Queen's University of Belfast, Northern Ireland. He has multi-disciplinary research interests encompassing plant, soil, environmental health and microbiological sciences, molecular diagnostics, RNA viruses, biosensors, biotechnology and waste management. |
| Dr. Colin C. Fleming Colin Fleming BSc, PhD, MIBiol, CBiol is a Principal Scientist at the Molecular Biology and Biotechnology Programme within the Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute, Belfast. Married with two boys, he has been involved in plant pathology projects throughout Europe. Interests include pest and pathogen diagnostics, quarantine control and the development of new management techniques for pests in turf grass and agricultural crops. |
| Dr. John E. Moore John Moore, BSc, PhD (Microbiology), is a Principal Clinical Scientist in Medical Microbiology at the Northern Ireland Public Health Laboratory, Belfast City Hospital at Belfast, Northern Ireland. Dr. Moore holds honorary academic positions with the University of Ulster and The Queen's University of Belfast and an Editor of Clinical Microbiology & Infection. Dr. Moore's research interests include the molecular diagnosis of culture-negative infections, particularly in cystic fibrosis and in cancer patients. |
